| Breadcrumbs | Dried | 30g | 120g | 300g |
| Parsley | Chopped Coarsely | 20g | 80g | 200g |
| Cheddar Cheese | Grated | 100g | 400g | 1kg |
BUTCHER - PREPARATION/METHOD
1. Combine lamb, breadcrumbs, parsley and cheese. Mix together well.
2. Form into 120g patties approximately 100mm diameter and 10mm thick.
RETAIL PRESENTATION
Display on trays seperated with meat paper.
CUSTOMER - INSTRUCTIONS FOR REHEATING/PREPARATION
1. Preheat BBQ on high heat setting. Reduce to low.
2. Cook burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side, pressing down with a flat BBQ spatula, until browned and well cooked through.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve in damper roll with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced beetroot, fried onion slices and tomato sauce.
