Beef & Blackbean Stir Fry

Ingredients

Rump steak trimmed thin slice 3-5mm 2kg 8kg 12kg
Black Bean Spice Glaze as per instructions on pack      
Zuccini Julienne 1 4 6
Carrot Julienne 1 4 6
Red capsicum Sliced 1 4 6
Green capsicum Sliced 1 4 6
Onion Sliced  1 4

Preparation

 

BUTCHER – PREPARATION/METHOD

  1. Trim fat from the rump
  2. Slice rump into strips
  3. Add Black Bean glaze and mix well
  4. Combine all vegetables in separate bowl
  5. Sell vege separate to avoid excess moisture build up in the meat

 

CUSTOMER – INSTRUCTIONS FOR REHEATING/PREPARATION

  1. Heat oil in fry pan or wok
  2. Cook meat in small batches to avoid stewing
  3. Remove meat from pan/wok and keep warm
  4. Add Vegetable to pan/wok and stir fry until hot
  5. Return meat to pan/wok and mix with vegetables 
  6. Add 1 tsp corn starch and water mix to pan to thicken sauce
  • Serve on own or with boiled jasmin rice
