Lamb Mince 90cl 800gr 1.6kg 3.2kg
Brown onion grated 1 2 4
Parsley finely chopped .5 cup 1 cup 2 cups

Breadcrumbs   1 cup 2 cups 4 cups
Cumin ground 3tsp 6tsp 12tsp
Black pepper cracked 1tsp 2tsp 4tsp
Salt   1tsp 2tsp 4tsp
Olive Oil   1tbsp 2tbsp 4tbsp

Preparation

Butcher – Preparation/Method

  1. Combine onion through salt in a large bowl, and mix well. Add lamb, mix again to evenly incorporate, then refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Divide lamb mixture into 10 portions, and form each portion into a fat oval shape.
  3. Brush kebapcheta lightly with the olive oil, and arrange on a platter for display. Garnish with extra parsley, if desired.

Customer – Instructions for Preparation

  1. Preheat bbq or a heavy-based pan to medium.
  2. Cook kebabs 8 - 10 minutes, until golden on all sides and cooked through.

  • Serve with pita bread, hot chips, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled red onion, tzatziki sauce
