Ingredients

Ingredients 3 Ribs 9 Ribs 
Beef Short Ribs (individual ribs)    
Mixture     
Brown Sugar 20gr 60gr
Smoked Paprika 10gr 30gr
Paprika 5gr 15gr
Black Pepper 5gr 15gr
Onion Powder 5gr 15gr
Garlic Powder 3gr 10gr
Chilli Powder 2gr 6gr
Olive Oil 40ml 120ml
Sea Salt 1gr 3gr
Garnish    
Coconut Flakes    
Walnuts    
Fresh Oregano leaves    

Preparation

BUTCHER – PREPARATION/METHOD

  1. Remove sinew/tissue from underside of the ribs
  2. Trim excess fat (leave some for moisture)
  3. Mix spice mixture thoroughly
  4. Rub spice mix all over each rib
  5. Garnish with coconut flakes, walnuts, oregano leaves

CUSTOMER – INSTRUCTIONS FOR REHEATING/PREPARATION

  1. Wrap ribs in foil and coo for 2.5 hours on 160c
  2. Remove ribs fro foil and cook in a dish for 2.5 hours @ 120c
