| Olive oil | 1 tbsp | 4 tbsp | 10 tbsp |

BUTCHER – PREPARATION/METHOD
1. In a small bowl, use the back of a spoon to combine garlic paste and salt. Add paprika, chilli powder, and olive oil. Mix well.
2. Spread spiced garlic paste over both sides of the rib eye.
CUSTOMER – INSTRUCTIONS FOR REHEATING/PREPARATION
1. Preheat bbq or a heavy-based skillet over medium heat.
2. Cook marinated rib eye steak 5 -10 min per side, depending on size, or until cooked to your liking.
3. Transfer to a clean plate, cover with foil, and rest 5 min before slicing.
