BUTCHER - PREPARATION/METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients. Work together well. Form into small balls 50g-60g.
Display on trays.
CUSTOMER - INSTRUCTIONS FOR REHEATING/PREPARATION
1. Heat large non stick frying pan over a medium heat.
2. Add one tablespoon of oil. Cook meatballs for 15 minutes, turn often to brown evenly.
Serve with flat bread and avocado salsa.
