Preparation

BUTCHER - PREPARATION/METHOD

1. Combine soy, ginger, wasabi and sesame seeds. Add lamb and spring onions.

1. Heat wok on a high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir fry lamb in small batches for 2-3 minutes.
