This juicy beef is quickly barbequed, and served with salad for a stunning, healthy meal.

Olive Oil 20ml 80ml 200ml
Orange Juice 125ml 500ml 1.25L
Wholegrain Mustard 25g 100g 250g
Honey 20ml 80ml 200ml
Oranges Sliced 1 4 10

Preparation

BUTCHER - PREPARATION/METHOD

1. Completely denude the oyster blade, remove internal sinew, butterfly and cut in half lengthways.

RETAIL PRESENTATION

Arrange steaks on a tray with a slice of orange between the steaks.

CUSTOMER - INSTRUCTIONS FOR REHEATING/PREPARATION

1. Preheat BBQ, cook steaks for 3 minutes on each side over a medium heat.

2. Remove to a warm plate, cover loosely with foil and rest in a warm place for 5-10 minutes.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve with a crisp green salad and chargrilled vegetables. Allow two steaks per adult serve and one steak per child serve.
