Ground Cumin 15g 60g 150g

Tumeric Ground 5g 20g 50g
Fresh Coriander 10g 40g 100g
Breadcrumbs Dried 120g 480g 1.2kg

Preparation

 BUTCHER – PREPARATION/METHOD

1. Mince lamb once into a large mixing bowl then add all of the other  ingredients and mix well.

2. Pass mixture back through the mincer.

3. Weigh into 100g portions, mould onto skewers then roll them on your bench to form an even, elongated shape.

RETAIL PRESENTATION

Display skewers on a tray with fresh coriander.

CUSTOMER-INSTRUCTIONS FOR REHATING/PREPARATION

Heat a large non-stick pan (or BBQ) with oil. Once hot, cook for approximately 7 minutes turning occasionally.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve with steamed rice and diced cucumber, tomato, red onion and fresh coriander salsa.
