BUTCHER – PREPARATION/METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients expect cheese.
2. Run through the mincer.
3. Once minced, carefully add cheese and mix until well combined.
4.Roll into 40g balls.
CUSTOMER – INSTRUCTIONS FOR REHEATING/PREPARATION
1. Heat 20ml of oil in a non-stick pan over a medium heat.
2. Cook balls for 8-10 minutes turning often until browned and cooked through.
