What is arrostocini?

Arrostocini comprises tiny pieces of salty lamb skewered and cooked gently over charcoal. It originates from the Abruzzo region of Italy. This dish has been most recently spotted at Da Orazio restaurant at Bondi Beach, where it is sending diners wild.
